Fire Safety Valve Requirement in Hydrocarbon Service

Fire Safety Valve Requirement in Hydrocarbon Service

Fire Safety Valve Requirement in Hydrocarbon Service

(OP)
What are the requirements to install a fire safe valve on Hydrocarbon service. We have two vassels which contain bitumen+naphtha and have fire safe valves installed at the discharge but we also have a Naphtha tank without a fire safe valve. Naphtha tank is a lot smaller though. Does it still qualify for a fire safe valve?
