How can I make SolidWorks handle by-pass shutoffs. The Shut-Off Surfaces command does not locate all of them and even the ones it finds it fails to create surfaces.

I have completed afew simple molds without any problems. What is a problems is by-pass shut offs. I may be asking to much of SolidWorks.

RE: Mold seperation

You can do it manually within the context of an assembly using the cavity feature.
