Specialty Folding Problem

Specialty Folding Problem

Specialty Folding Problem

(OP)
How can I mechanically fold a 4mm (1/6") wide "flap" along the edge of a piece of 260gsm cardboard.
(i.e. the shape of a "tick" in cross section).

I need to do 100,000's of them but have been unable to find an existing folding machine anywhere in the world that can do it.

Are there any other products that require similar manipulation ?

Are there any machines that could be adapted to do this ?

If there are none, (as it appears) where would I go to design and produce such a machine ?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.

RE: Specialty Folding Problem

RE: Specialty Folding Problem

Sorry about the time differance, just found this site.

I design and build all types of folding and glueing machines, have not found a project yet that I could not come up with a method to get the job done.

I need more information concerning you project, if you have not already created an answer for it.
