Hello.

I am looking for the following data:

- Number of balls, inner groove radius and outer groove radius for the 6014 ball bearing
- Number of rollers and roller length of the 1014 roller bearing

Please, could you help me?

I understand The precision spindle angular-contact ball bearing race curvature is treated as well guarded secret, and varies from time to time when manufacturer's change their philopsohies.  Open curvature creates a smaller contact ellipse, allowing higher speeds from less sliding heat generation, but means contact stress is higher.

I think the precision angular bearing value is typically something like 51% of ball radius.

I believe number of balls can change from one manufacturer to the next. It is not standardized by afmba like for instance bore diameters etc.

The bearing race curvature is, typically, 52% of the ball diameter.  In deep groove balle bearing (6014) the ball diameter does not exceed 60% of the radial section [(OD-ID)/2].
The roller bearings follow a somewhat similar design criteria.   If you need the information for vibration purposes (i.e. calculation of the frequencies), then you should be able to contact the manufacturer of the bearing and get the data from them.   

Concerning the comformity (or osculation) as it is referred to in the bearing world of ball bearings, there are several school of thoughts.    
In high-speed bearings, one of the raceways (typically the one on the outer ring) acts like the control raceway and has a lower (narrower) conformity, typically 54% of the ball diameter, while the other groove radius is in the order of 56% pf the ball diameter.  A treatise on race control is in Harris "Rolling bearing analysis" published by Wiley.

Thank you all.

I'm going to take these values and check their sensibility in calculating the radial stiffness of the bearings. I'm using Harris' book, that's why I'm looking for the values.
