DEALING WITH LEAD CONTAMINATION BY SOIL MIXING WITH PHOSPHORUS ROCKS

(OP)
I am dealing with a site heavily contaminated with arsenic and lead, well over guideline values.
I know the method of mixing phosphorus rocks with metals such as lead in soil, makes the lead more stable. does anybody know anything about this method. i want to avoid just digging and dumping as it costs a fortune since the implementation of the landfill directive.
