Looking for input on SBS batching system

Looking for input on SBS batching system

(OP)
Alright everyone, this is what I am trying to do.  I work for a company that manufactures commercial roofing.  We make SBS and APP formulas.  What I am looking to do is adjust a formula on an individual batch basis to achieve the desired finished batch properties, ie. viscosity, softening point, penetration.  I am in the process of working out the viscosity curves for raw materials and finished products.
I am wondering if anyone has worked with something along these lines before I waste a bunch of my time.  I guess my real question is has anyone attempted to do this before and if so could you share your successes and failures.  Thanks in advance.
