Ordinate Dimensions to CL

(OP)
Is there any way to align an ordinate dimension to a centerline created with utility symbols? Any other dimension will work using a centerline except ordinate.

I should note that this is using block ceterline in NX2

RE: Ordinate Dimensions to CL

In some cases I have used just curves to acheive this.

While in drafting use right click, expand, draw in your lines, and you can then scale them to to get them to overhang the edges of your part. Then use display preferences and changes color and linetype.  Then you can select the intersection as your origin.  Also if you move your views these lines will go along with it.

Hope this helps
