BCB & Conductive Polymer

Dear Polymer Eng'g members,

I am doing simulation analysis of a semicon package using Benzocyclobutene as one of the defined material and I'm also considering to evaluate a conductive polymer as subtitute for Copper material. To do the analysis I need to obtain the material properties. Right now, I'm just using
Matweb unfortunately, they're not yet updated with that specific material.

I would greatly appreciate if you could share with me a reference or a website to obtain the material properties of the BCB and of the Conductive polymer.

Thank you in advance,
mun
