I am trying to find injector suction pipe size.

I have
Chlorine Fees Rate: 10000 pound per day
Length of Injector Suction Piping: 2000 feet

If anybody knows please help me.

Using any good fluid flow book like Cameron Hydraulics or Crane's Tech Paper #410, you can employ the famous Darcy formula for resolving the corresponding Chlorine flowrate to the allowable pressure drop you have as a constraint.  There are examples of solved problems in the Crane book.

Get a copy of the "George Cliffird White Handbook of Chlorination".  This is the bible for disinfectant use in the water and wastewater industry in the US.  It gives all the info you need for sizing of pipes.
