web base vs enterprise software

web base vs enterprise software

web base vs enterprise software

(OP)
Our design office tried using MS98 installed on the office network to manage projects in the past. There was 8 project managers each managing 1 to 3 projects and all using a common resource pool of designers. MS98 kept crashing and the system was abandoned. We again want to schedule and track projects but with more capable software. MS98 seems fine for only 1 project in isolation. Should we be looking at web base or the enterprise type software or are we not structuring our projects properly?

RE: web base vs enterprise software

Hi,

If you want to do it properly (Which means investment in time and Money -  which most places do not want to do) take a look at Primavera P3e www.primavera.com  ;(i think).
