Bubbles after Lamination of Glass

Bubbles after Lamination of Glass

Bubbles after Lamination of Glass

(OP)
The lamination sandwiched between a pair of glasses prepared in a room having a window unit air conditioner and a humidifier gives off bubbles after 4 months. The autoclave is in very good condition for the heating process. I anticipate the prep room may require a review. The walls are timber panels and ceiling is of gypsum boards all painted. There is an external door before one reaches to the prep room so that humidity is controlled. Please advice.

RE: Bubbles after Lamination of Glass

Have you tested the bubbles to see what's in them?

RE: Bubbles after Lamination of Glass

(OP)
The bubbles are in the form of a smeared lamination. It does not seem to have anything inside.
