File -> Utilities -> Customer Defaults... Teamcenter Integration for NX – General tab Check-out Policy
Automatic // Implicit upon modification, once it is modified (however slight) it will automatically Check-out, provided it has not been previously Checked-out by someone else.
Manual // Explicit – must intentionally Check-out with available options ie; File -> Utilities... Check-out Modified Parts, or Right-click file(s) in ANT and Check-out, etc).
Set Defaults level to Site for "Global" application.
NOTE: All explicitly checked-out files must be explicitly CHECKED IN so others can edit (write to) them or be processed through a workflow. |
