O-ring seals

How do I design an O-ring (seal, groove) by btrueblood

Before you ask any specific questions on the forum, you should get a copy of the Parker O-ring Handbook, and see if your answer is there.  The handbook is not perfect, and in some limited cases can even be misleading, but it's pretty much the default reference for O-rings.
